What Counts as a “Same Itinerary”?

Why Must the Fare Be “Available and Bookable”?

The lower fare you find must be live and bookable on the competitor’s website at the time you submit your claim. Our verification team must be able to view and confirm the fare using the details you provide. Fares that are no longer available or cannot be independently verified will not qualify.
